(More customer reviews)I was in the market for a new hearing enhancement device. I saw this model online and it looked like it would be comfortable, and less akward. There was not much of a product description, but I bought it anyway, and waited every day anticipating a new "Ultra Ear" experience. This product was very poor in the quality of the tone levels, terrible for picking up almost nothing but background noise. The tiny...and I mean tiny, knob for the tone control is impossible to work with , let alone the little tool they send to adjust the tone knob. No where in the product description does it say anything about a tone control knob needing to be adjusted. The tube that runs from the actual sound box, to the entrance of your ear is a one size fits small people. It is too short and kept breaking away from the device while I weraing it....
Please take my advice and try a different product......
We all work hard for our money.....Don't waist it on this.
