There was a minor problem which was solved by a very cooperative Customer Service. After I received it, it kept slipping out of my ear even though the rubber wire around the ear fit snugly. The problem was with one of the three soft ear tips that fits over the part that ins inserted in the ear. The device comes with three different sizes. I needed a larger size. I called Customer Service, which responded by sending me free of charge several of the next larger size. The device now fits perfectly.
