(More customer reviews)This device became useless after only one use. The battery was charged for the requisite 12 hours before use--and it worked great. After that use, every attempt to recharge the battery failed (the power was turned off as directed), so the device is no longer functioning. This was a great waste of dollars and time. The return/return/replacement policy is rediculous. It would take as much tima (if not more) and cost to send the unit back, along with a letter and socumentation of purschase, followed by a lengthy wait for a replacement unit. One has to swallow the bitter pill that purchase of this device was a total loss.
