(More customer reviews)The product has the same limitations that I think most electronic stethoscopes have. They serve to amplify the sound well which is good for noisy environments but does not do well in picking up the range of sounds needed in clinical practice. In particular, I find this stethoscope is very poor at detecting breath sounds. Not sure it is a good replacement for the conventional stethoscope at this time.
