(More customer reviews)This phone was purchased for a 95 year old who has hearing in only one ear and only then with a hearing aid. The phone works very well when using the handset, providing the best phone conversation in decades. It is difficult to adjust the speaker phone to keep the background noise from being a distraction when the room is not quiet. It was easy to install and intuitive to set up. One warning - do not have the phone set to auto amphification if a person with normal hearing may answer the phone. The small sticker on the handset is not adequate warning to someone unfamiliar with the phone.
