BUT, the product is not for my Mother. She has a tough time with the controls and the batteries are crap. They hold a charge for about 4 hours, not days,or weeks, but hours! I will spend the extra dollars and get a state of the art hearing aid and use this one for emergencies only. Don't spend the $[...]. If it sounds to good to be true............then it probably is!!!!
