(More customer reviews)I have needed help hearing in my left ear, but did not really have resources to go the traditional routes. We read the reviews on this hearing aid on Amazon and realized it really really worked for some buyers and for a couple, it did not. For me this hearing aid is a God sent blessing. It does exactly what it needs to do for me. I was worried that I would not hear consonants well but hear only booming voices. I do hear consonants. The acoustiton Max max made the sounds come alive, Thanks for the product. I do not watch a lot of television, but now I can actually hear when we watch movies or the few programs we do watch.
