(More customer reviews)I am disappointed because although it does 'amplify' sound, it is impossible to understand what I'm hearing. It is very similar to a blurry picture, i.e., no clarity. Unless you have at least one very good ear to hear the S's and T's I'm afraid that this item will be of no help (unless I received a lemon)!
