(More customer reviews)The concepts for this phone are great for the elderly: Large dial buttons, amplified volume, photo slots for memory function. But-- The "Program" function didn't work so I couldn't store any phone numbers in memory. The photo slots are so small that it's doubtful whether a senior citizen could recognize the pictured individual. And, once the AmeriPhone was plugged in, none of the other telephones in the house worked. The device itself doesn't feel solid, as if it's made of light-weight plastic. The only positive comment I can make, in addition to the good concept, is that it's plenty loud.
