This was my first on-line Amazon.com order and it was for my (senior citizen) mother. It was already charged so she had some time to try it out. Mom was very happy with it and so I orderd the
complete Lee Major's rechargeable bionic hearing package. She's had it for 10 days now and completely loves it. She can hear the micro-wave ding, the birds sing, the mailbox delivery, the TV on low volume, people speaking and much more.
Mom does recommend two earpieces so there is no waiting time during a charge.
I had called Lee Majors direct after seeing the commercial on KOMO-TV Seattle and was informed that they could not ship to Canada. So thank-you Amazon for taking my order and your great tracking system.Best regards,
