Normally, one usually does not begin a book review with a word definition, but after reading Linda's book, HEARING EYES, I simply cannot help myself.
Most of us, if we are really honest, crave DEPTH in the way we relate and communicate with one another. Linda Edwards has done this in a most transparent way by sharing her 25 years of journaling with the reader who is seeking something more than clever writing. This book is not for the faint of heart who want to remain in a safe, shallow, boring status quo; this book is for the brave hearted who dare risk cannon balling into deep waters whose rapids are worth the ride.
You will learn MUCH in Linda's story. If you're like me, you'll learn to pray off a stifling religious spirit that demands fleshy dignity at all costs. This book will help you buy gold from the fire and cease being a spiritual pauper puppet with too many strings attached. May HEARING EYES stir you to become transparent so that His Light will pass through and YOUR story can be distinctly seen.
