(More customer reviews)months ago i had purchased this product in a store. however,when i recently attempted to purchase an additional item it was no longer available in any store[including medical supply stores]. fortunately,i was able to locate it on amazon and made the purchase. this hearing aid cleaning tool kit is wonderfully versatile,efficient and simple to use on any hearing aid. i have puchased adiitional kits to give to others who have need of such a tool.
