(More customer reviews)I had to have this book for my bases of speech class and I enjoyed that it was a short read. I've never read an entire textbook, but I read all of this one. The terms are technical and chapters 2 and 3 were a little difficult to mull through, but I made it! It's easy to outline which I had to do to help me understand the concepts a little better.
