(More customer reviews)I've been using these ear plugs for several years now and I am glad to see that amazon is now carrying them. I use them to help supress the snoring noise. I've tried just about everything on the market thru the years and these work best for me. I don't think anything will actually work to fully block the noise of a heavy snorer but they do work for light snoring and sometimes, I actually get a good nights sleep!
