(More customer reviews)The battery covers must be left off for 3 minutes before they will be charged. Inserting them fresh will fail - not explained on the packets. Also they are strangely constructed - not lkike ohers. The anode and cagthode look somewhat similar. The help desk was courteous and explained some of this.
