I received 2 of these when I was implanted (cochlear implant). I have used them for my hearing aids and CI equipment for 6 years and they perform very well. They are lightweight (this is an important characteristic for travel, when I am already forced to carry chargers and extra batteries for the implant processors). They work in humid environments. They can easily be recharged if you have access to an oven. They are good for storing spare equipment when not traveling, as well.

The Dri-Aid Kit absorbs moisture from your hearing aid, prolonging its lifetime and increasing its sound quality. You'll receive a vinyl roll-up bag with a tin of moisture-drawing beads. Remove the labels from the top and bottom of the tin and place your hearing aid with the tin in the vinyl bag, being sure to roll it up for an air-tight seal. Your hearing aid will be ready for use in no time Great for use in a humid environment, when you've come into contact with water, or as a regular part of your hearing aid cleaning regimen. Beads turn pink when they are full of moisture and no longer have a capacity for drying. Putting the tin in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until the blue color is restored. The blue color is a signal letting you know the beads have been reactivated and are ready to draw out more moisture. Dri Aid can be used over and over again.
