The actual product, 10-mm Siemens open domes, are of excellent quality and work as advertised. However, purchasers should be aware that there are (at least) two incompatible versions of Siemens open domes available, and determining which is appropriate for your hearing aids is not as clear as it could be on this (and other) web sites-- it's easy for the uninitiated to go wrong; extra diligence is advised.
