(More customer reviews)While the sound quality is good, the product in total is poor and not worth the $238 price. I have worn aids for years and have purchased them from a variety of sources, never have I seen an ayd with no method of turning it off other than opening the battery compartment. The instruction booklet included with the product spends three pages to describe the off-coil-and on switch. Unfortunately the aid has no such feature. The only other comment I have about the product relates to the ear piece supplied. It was larger than what I wear and am comfortable with. Only one is supplied.
