The format is simple, listing common problems seen in family practice, questions to include in the history taking and why, and excellent photographs, drawings, and algorithms to assist in understanding the pathology and making the the diagnosis. Specific information throughout the age spectrum is covered, from pediatric to geriatric considerations. A summary of points is provided, as well as a suggestion of when it is necessary to refer the patient on. This text will be appreciated by both providers and nursing staff who are apt to encounter the patient with an ENT problem.
