It includes a number of tools including a brush, wire loop for removing wax, a thin long plastic for cleaning, storage for two batteries and two tools to assist in removing and repolacing the batteries. I can't imagine any other tools being required to maintain the hearing aid. The desired tool is easily selected and swivels to the front of the case for use. It took a while to get use to working with the selected tool as it is designed to be used still attached to the case. It is a worthwhile kiit for the price.
